5 things you may not know about me... 👉 As well as a fertility coach, I'm also a passionate antenatal and HypnoBirthing teacher here in Perth, Western Australia 👉 I'm obsessed with the journey to motherhood - I wrote my thesis on it at university. I've volunteered in maternity hospitals. I nearly trained to be a midwife before realising it's the MIND side of motherhood that's my jam! I've been coaching and supporting women with this for nearly a decade now 👉 I teach meditation but have the same struggles as anyone. I'm not the average 'zen' meditator and sometimes just can't get my mind to quieten down.
