Hi Everyone. My name's Rebecca, I'm 36 and live in Perth Western Australia. We've being trying to conceive naturally for a year and recently had an unsuccessful IVF round. Doctors don't really have an explanation for my infertility but I have several autoimmune conditions which is probably the reason. With my medical conditions and age I struggle sometimes with staying positive that I will conceive and become a mum. We're going to continue with the IVF but I'm also focusing on getting and staying healthy through diet, exercise and mindfulness.
